Information Security Policy Statement
Interval Solution Pte. Ltd. (“InterVal”) provides cloud-based property valuation software. The confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information entrusted to us — above all our customers’ valuation data — are fundamental to our business.
Our commitment. InterVal operates an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Management is committed to maintaining and continually improving this system, allocating the resources it requires, and meeting all legal, regulatory and contractual obligations applicable to our operations, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the GDPR where applicable.
Scope. This policy applies to all InterVal staff, contractors and suppliers, and to all systems and data involved in the development, operation and support of the InterVal platform.
What we do. We assess and treat information security risks systematically; we encrypt customer data in transit and at rest; we restrict access on the principle of least privilege with multi-factor authentication; we develop software under a secure development lifecycle with peer review and automated security testing; we hold our suppliers to defined security requirements; we maintain business continuity and incident response plans, and we notify affected customers of security incidents without undue delay.
Accountability. Responsibility for information security is assigned at management level and extends to every member of staff. Compliance is monitored, and this policy is reviewed at least annually.
